Lost Plot - Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Prior to picking, both the Semillon and Sauvignon grapes displayed intense tropical and citrus characters. During the wine making process the aromas and flavours were further enhanced through specific yeast selection and fermentation techniques. The outcome, a truly intense and full flavoured wine. The Semillon component offering great ageing potential for this wine.

Aroma: Gooseberries, passionfruit and pineapple with grassy full-bodied flavours of Semillon blending in perfectly.

Lost Plot - Sweet Dreams NV

“Sweet dreams are made of these, who am I to disagree, I’ve travelled the oceans and the seven seas, everybody’s looking for something.” So said Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics back in the 80’s. Well if they had performed at a Leeuwin Concert and then wandered up to Bettenays, they would have found them here and saved a lot of time and effort. Not to mention a relationship breakup and a publicity meltdown.

Aroma: Lifted tropical aromas of passionfruit and honey dew melon and pineapple.

Palate: Flavours of sweet fruit salad enrich the mouth. Intense fruitiness balanced by crisp lively acidity.

Lost Plot - Cabernet Merlot 2008

A lovely balance of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot. Rich blackberry and mint chocolate combine with a generous portion of new French oak to producing a toasty, well balanced, medium bodied red. A wine for all occasions.

Aroma: Aromas of blackberry, plum, mint, menthol and toasty French oak.

PALATE: Predominately blackberry and plum . Medium bodied, delicate flavours with soft tannins.

Lost Plot - White Port NV

A luscious blend of aged Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc with added White Muscat juice. There are hints of rose water, pineapple and mango with citrus hints competing for your attention. Lovely served chilled with crushed ice and lime as an aperitif or simply anytime.

Lost Plot - Chilli Rose

It’s a part of the infamous Lost Plot range with the vineyard mascot dog on the label. So a hot dog it is….. definitely saucy, lipstick to the eye and easy to the mouth.

Aroma: Strawberry, Capsicum, and of course…CHILLI !!!

Palate: The mild chilli fortified rosé begins as a gentle spicy strawberry experience and gradually intensifies after a couple of sips. The hot chilli takes u straight there…and more!!!
